{"id":6636,"date":"2019-09-20T11:36:11","date_gmt":"2019-09-20T09:36:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asesorias.com\/empresas\/?p=6636"},"modified":"2020-12-23T14:07:09","modified_gmt":"2020-12-23T12:07:09","slug":"absentismo-laboral-regiones-sectores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asesorias.com\/empresas\/blog\/absentismo-laboral-regiones-sectores\/","title":{"rendered":"Datos sobre absentismo laboral por regiones y sectores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <a href=\"https:\/\/asesorias.com\/empresas\/normativas\/laboral\/absentismo\/\">absentismo laboral<\/a>\u00a0en Espa\u00f1a en el primer trimestre de 2019 aument\u00f3 un 0,3% respecto al trimestre anterior, y un 0,77% comparado con el mismo per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o pasado. En t\u00e9rminos globales se traduce en que un 5,2% de empleados no trabaja las horas pactadas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"cifras-generales-sobre-absentismo-laboral-primer-trimestre-2019\"><b>Cifras generales sobre absentismo laboral (primer trimestre 2019)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La compa\u00f1\u00eda de Recursos Humanos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.randstadresearch.es\/informe-absentismo-laboral-primer-trimestre-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Ranstad<\/a> ha elaborado un informe en el que se refleja que 1.047.368 personas se ausentan de su puesto de trabajo cada d\u00eda. De ellas, un 73,6% (770.400) lo hacen por estar de baja por <a href=\"https:\/\/asesorias.com\/empresas\/autonomos\/incapacidad-temporal\/\"><strong>incapacidad temporal<\/strong><\/a>, y el resto, un 26,4% (276.968) lo hacen sin aportar <strong>ninguna causa justificada<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, las faltas de trabajo no justificadas se sit\u00faan en el 1,4%, un 0,03% menos que en el mismo per\u00edodo del anterior ejercicio.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"absentismo-laboral-por-comunidades-autonomas\"><strong>Absentismo laboral por Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respecto a las cifras por Comunidades aut\u00f3nomas, los datos se\u00f1alan que las <strong>regiones con mayor tasa de absentismo en el trabajo<\/strong> son Asturias (7,1%), Pa\u00eds Vasco (6,2%) y Galicia (5,8%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por su parte, las que cuentan con una <strong>menor tasa de ausencias<\/strong> son Baleares (4%), La Rioja (4,7%), Comunidad Valenciana (4,8%) y Andaluc\u00eda (4,8%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estos ser\u00edan todos los datos de absentismo en el trabajo por regiones:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Principado de Asturias: 7,1%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pa\u00eds Vasco: 6,2%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Galicia: 5,8%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Castilla y Le\u00f3n: 5,7%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canarias: 5,5%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navarra: 5,5%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arag\u00f3n: 5,3%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Catalu\u00f1a: 5,3%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cantabria: 5,2%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Murcia: 5,2%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Madrid: 4,9%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Extremadura: 4,9%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Castilla La Mancha: 4,9%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comunidad Valenciana: 4,8%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Andaluc\u00eda: 4,8%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Rioja: 4,7%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baleares: 4,0%<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"absentismo-laboral-justificado\"><strong>Absentismo laboral justificado<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <strong>absentismo\/<a href=\"https:\/\/asesorias.com\/empresas\/normativas\/laboral\/bajas\/\">baja laboral<\/a><\/strong> <strong>por incapacidades temporales<\/strong> es del 3,8%, lo que supone un total de 770.400 trabajadores. Por Comunidades, las que arrojan unas cifras m\u00e1s elevadas son el Principado de Asturias (5,2), Galicia (4,4%) y Canarias (4,3%).
